      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and materials
      - Plan and evaluate course content, curriculum, and training effectiveness
      - Collaborate with healthcare team members and departments to ensure service continuity
      - Participate in quality improvement activities and implement recommendations for operational efficiency
      - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
      - At least 2 years of relevant coding experience
      - Certification as one of the following upon hire: CCS, CPC, CPC-H, RHIT, RHIA, or CDEO
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Ability to evaluate and improve training and service processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related training or coding role
      - Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies
      - Previous involvement in committee work or project leadership
      - Additional certifications related to healthcare training or coding
