What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, and presentations
- Collaborate with proposal and capture teams to create visually effective design solutions
- Ensure consistency with branding and strategic messaging across all materials
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to time and budget constraints
- Conduct research on competitor materials and stay updated on design trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in business development or marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in government contracting or federal business development
- Familiarity with proposal development processes and Shipley methodology
- Background in photography and experience with professional-grade cameras
- Knowledge of SEO and social media design principles
- Understanding of brand management in a corporate environment
