What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage a defined book of accounts, building and progressing a sales pipeline
- Develop and execute a thoughtful outbound strategy to generate new business
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of experience closing new business in a SaaS environment, preferably in the commercial/mid-market sector
- Proven ability to source, manage, and close opportunities end-to-end
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a structured sales organization
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the event industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong)
- Demonstrable experience in pipeline generation and territory planning
- Competitive nature while working collaboratively in a team environment
