What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio within the Western Pennsylvania territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans with guidance from the Regional Vice President
- Engage in business-to-business sales and territory management to achieve targets
- Foster strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with a team of sales and support professionals to deliver exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Proven track record in business-to-business sales, marketing, or territory management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated drive, tenacity, and passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automotive industry or with automotive-related clients
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Established network of contacts within the automotive sector
- Additional sales training or certifications
- Experience utilizing technology and tools for sales management
