What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of large commercial real estate insurance accounts
- Review insurance policies and coverage to ensure client protection
- Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents
- Handle client inquiries and claims for effective resolution
- Assist in new business development efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Proven experience in commercial insurance or account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, CIC)
- Experience in EPIC software
