What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales quotas while fostering strong customer relationships
- Articulate the value of the employer's solutions to prospects and customers in the Financial Services sector
- Take ownership of the book of business and document buying criteria, next steps, and owners
- Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes in the pre- and post-sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience with SaaS sales, preferably in DevOps
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to travel regularly for in-person customer meetings
- A true desire to see customers benefit from their investment with the employer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Git, software development tools, and application lifecycle management
- Interest in open-source software and the employer's mission
- Established relationships within the Financial Services sector
