      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to commercial clients
      - Identify and pursue potential institutional clients in the hospitality, residential, fitness, and wellness sectors
      - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure Hydrow remains top-of-mind for fitness solutions
      - Showcase the unique benefits of the Hydrow rower through tailored presentations and demos
      - Lead and mentor the commercial sales team to effectively manage key commercial accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sectors
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
      - Strong network within the hotel, gym, and residential apartment sectors
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

      - Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Netsuite, or HubSpot
