      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a top-performing team of full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executives
      - Provide ongoing coaching and development through regular feedback and skill-building sessions
      - Oversee the daily execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue goals
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to align initiatives
      - Track performance metrics and deliver transparent reporting on both individual and team outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience building, leading, and managing high-performing Commercial or Mid-Market sales teams, ideally within a SaaS organization
      - Proven history of achieving 100%+ of quota as both a manager and individual contributor
      - Strong background in selling to Enterprise-level accounts
      - Demonstrated success in developing and retaining top sales talent
      - Deep business acumen with a strong understanding of revenue leadership priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building sales teams from the ground up
      - Skilled in managing and optimizing full-cycle Account Executive KPIs
      - Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and efficiencies
