What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle deals with designers, sponsors, and fashion-adjacent brands, ensuring a luxury brand voice is maintained
- Handle inbound leads from paid, PR, and social channels while executing targeted outbound outreach as needed
- Conduct elite discovery sessions to map client goals and match them with appropriate Fashion Week packages
- Ensure precise follow-up across various communication channels to maximize show rates and fill inventory
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and partnerships for seamless event experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle closing experience in high-ticket B2B sales (events/experiential, sponsorships, partnerships, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of performance at or above 100% to plan
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) with disciplined pipeline management
- Exceptional discovery and objection handling skills, with luxury-tone written and verbal communication
- Availability for event weeks, including potential travel and weekend commitments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in fashion/luxury, live events, or sponsorship sales
- Background in multi-event packaging or partner marketing
