- Execute on retailer-directed leads: Investigate each Supplier’s environment and prescribe the best solutions.
- Act as a consultant: Communicate retail partners' value, timelines, and requirements tailored to each partner. Ensure timely and professional responses, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Drive adoption: Secure signed agreements from Retail customer vendors within coordinated campaign target dates.
- Overcome objections: Address Suppliers' barriers and convey their messages effectively to Retailers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with account teams for future upsell opportunities and apply new Community program strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of some post-secondary education PLUS 2 years of relevant experience in Sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Ability to translate, simplify and clearly communicate (both verbal and written) complex business processes to individuals with varied levels of expertise
- Process focused with a close and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrative behaviors around integrity, curiosity, engagement, self-driven initiative, collaboration, relationship building, customer engagement/support, and leadership expectations
- Experience in Supply Chain and E-Invoicing in southern Europe
- Experience in working in international organizations

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Community Associate Account Executive to join our sales organization. Reporting to our Community Sales Manager, in this role you will contact Retail Industry leads to maximize the opportunity of our retailer partner programs while providing real-time updates as part of an account team by leading and driving new potential sales, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities. If you possess a sales-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and curiosity, this position could be an excellent fit for you!

The total annualized on-target compensation for this role is: $60,000.
