      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve established enrollment growth objectives for Medicaid programs through direct and indirect marketing activities
      - Schedule, coordinate, and participate in enrollment events, encouraging partner involvement
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders, community-based organizations (CBOs), and providers
      - Assist with incoming calls and address health access-related questions from potential members
      - Identify partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance Molina's community presence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or healthcare
      - Exceptional networking and negotiation skills
      - Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record, and ability to travel within the region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of healthcare markets, particularly Medicaid
      - 5 years of outreach experience serving low-income populations
      - Experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, and grassroots/community outreach
      - Project management experience in a healthcare or outreach setting
      - Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
