      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft and send templated attendee communications, including registration reminders and event updates
      - Perform registration quality checks and follow-up actions, including membership verifications and refunds
      - Assist with setup and updates to registration sites and generate reports as needed
      - Support live virtual sessions and manage logistics for hybrid/virtual conferences
      - Provide general email and client call coverage for the Conference Management Unit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong written communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects
      - Basic familiarity with professional associations or nonprofit organizations
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a support role in project management, events management, or association administration
      - Familiarity with platforms such as ClickUp, CVENT, Google Workspace, and Zoom
