      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the construction team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
      - Coordinate contract drafts and signature workflows with vendors and internal legal teams
      - Track permitting and inspection processes across multiple jurisdictions
      - Maintain organized filing systems for construction documents and legal correspondences
      - Prepare summaries and status updates for internal reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of administrative experience in construction, real estate development, or legal support
      - Familiarity with construction project documents, contracts, and permitting processes
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent command of English with strong communication and negotiation skills
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, Paralegal Studies, or related fields

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese
      - Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
      - Knowledge of construction project processes and basic contract/legal concepts
