- Conduct secondary research and support data collection for consulting projects
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights
- Support the design of project methodologies, frameworks, and workplans
- Develop client-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and supporting materials
- Contribute to proposal writing, pitch decks, and client-facing documentation
- Help create standardized templates, tools, and knowledge assets for the broader team
- Support marketing and knowledge content during non-project periods
- Experience in research, analytics, consulting, nonprofit, social impact, or related roles
- Strong written communication and structured thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in problem-solving for social impact and nonprofit missions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Master's degree (MBA, MPA, MS, or equivalent) preferred but not required
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in research, consulting, analytics, nonprofit, or social impact roles
- Strong research, analytical, and data synthesis skills
- Clear, concise writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to translate analysis into actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.

Role Overview
CLASS is seeking Consultants / Research Associates - Nonprofit Strategy & Delivery to join our Practice Development Team. This role supports high-impact nonprofit consulting engagements through research, analysis, methodology development, and high-quality content creation.
Position Type: Volunteering (All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). This is a Remote position.
