What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of provider network contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards
- Perform provider and network analysis to support contracting and administration activities
- Manage documentation of contractual records and maintain accurate records of important contracting reference materials
- Monitor contract anniversaries for renewal and coordinate renegotiations as needed
- Serve as a subject-matter resource for resolving provider and internal inquiries related to contracting and network administration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in contract development and management
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (Required)
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment and legal analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare contracting or network administration
- Proficiency in legal writing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
