      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new business development by building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified builders
      - Lead the full sales process, including pricing, contract negotiation, and closing
      - Collaborate with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts
      - Act as the senior relationship manager for top accounts, identifying expansion opportunities
      - Maintain accurate funnel and forecast data in CRM, delivering reports and market insights to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of proven success selling building products, preferably cabinets or millwork, to residential builders
      - Demonstrated ability to win new builder accounts and generate significant annual revenues
      - In-depth understanding of home-building cycles, procurement processes, and construction project timelines
      - Proficient with modern CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools
      - Strong consultative sales skills and ability to nurture long-term relationships
