      About the Role
      As an Account Manager II, you will be driving retention and up selling our existing customers. You will aim to achieve customer satisfaction across the CounselLink customer base. Ensuring effective client management, deployment of internal resources, and expanding products and services within the assigned region.

      Responsibilities

      • Meeting Point Of Sales goals within assigned accounts and Revenue goals within region

      • Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client

      • Owning the overall health and status relationship with the customer

      • Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close.

      • Promoting a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization

      • Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services

      • Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression

      • Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction.

      • Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows


      Requirements

      • Have a Bachelor’s degree

      • Display proven experience generating new business sales

      • Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams

      • Display functional knowledge of negotiation process

      • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment

      • Have excellent organizational and time management skills

      • Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications

      Compensation:

      Base Salary: $60,000

      Commissions: $20,000
