What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the administration and scheduling of professional meetings, seminars, or conferences
- Prepare various office documents, records, reports, charts, and graphs, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality
- Provide leadership and guidance to co-workers
- Respond to inquiries and interpret established policies and procedures for internal and external contacts
- Serve as the primary resource for program administration and explain services to recipients or the public
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- If holding a Bachelor's degree: No prior experience is required
- If holding an Associate's degree: Four (4) years of equivalent experience in a related field
- If holding a High School diploma or GED: Eight (8) years of equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret policies and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in credentialing or healthcare administration
- Familiarity with credentialing systems such as SMS (PRDOC) and ECHO
- Ability to gather, analyze, and compile information into report format
- Experience in event planning and logistical arrangements
- Leadership experience in a professional setting
