      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Screen reviewers for required credentialing and background information, including sanctions and criminal background checks
      - Conduct primary source verification of reviewer board certifications, licenses, and malpractice checks
      - Update and maintain records for expired licenses, board certifications, and registrations
      - Participate in the Quality Management Committee and assist with credentialing-related content
      - Manage recredentialing processes, including communication with the Operations team regarding application statuses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
      - Credentialing experience in a healthcare or insurance setting is preferred
      - Knowledge of URAC and relevant State and Federal guidelines
      - Excellent communication skills and understanding of medical terminology
      - Strong critical thinking abilities and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with credentialing processes and related software
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards
      - Previous participation in quality management or improvement initiatives
