      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle phone calls, providing exceptional service to stakeholders while managing inquiries
      - Review and validate information through document review and communication to facilitate compliant funding
      - Maintain relationships with dealers by resolving inquiries and managing pipeline issues
      - Welcome and onboard new dealers, assisting them with initial funding needs
      - Complete additional duties as assigned while adhering to attendance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 4 years of continuous experience in loan underwriting or document review in a high-volume call center environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Ability to remain compliant with policies, processes, and legal guidelines
      - Availability to work Saturday shifts and mandatory overtime during peak seasons
      - Experience in customer service within a call center environment (for candidates without a Bachelor’s degree)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous interaction with auto dealers in current or past roles
      - Experience reviewing contracts or legal documents with strong attention to detail
      - Ability to interpret and apply existing rules and guidelines to make informed decisions
