What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, test, and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels
- Create and manage all marketing assets within the CRM platform
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex CRM solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or relevant equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, operations, or analytics
- Proven expertise with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Demonstrable experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from customer data and campaign performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data management principles and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
