What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients to assess their needs
- Provide tailored benefit guidance to clients during consultations
- Support clients throughout the enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow up with clients as needed
- Participate in weekly team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clear communication skills to build trust with clients
- Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy professionals
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- U.S. work authorization
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop with a webcam
