What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Host scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom to assist clients

- Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing policy support
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background in benefits advising, sales, or client service
- Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a reliable internet connection and use a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access
- Organized, coachable, and mission-driven
