What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Equipped with a Windows-based laptop or PC and stable internet connection
- Strong communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Comfortable using technology, including Zoom, CRMs, and cloud systems

- Previous experience in sales or customer service within the insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with life, accident, and supplemental insurance products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
