What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom to understand client needs
- Walk clients through personalized benefit options and support their enrollment
- Maintain accurate records and deliver a client-first experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident using Zoom and other virtual tools
- Genuine passion for serving others and contributing to a greater mission
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a reliable internet connection with a Windows-based laptop and webcam

- Previous customer service or consultative experience is a plus (not required)
