What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and strategize on the development of new products (municipal and non-municipal)
- Assist with the marketing and sales direction and strategy
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Participate in New Business Committee meetings and report sales progress to management
- Monitor sales pipeline and strategize on new opportunities and products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience in Financial Services with demonstrated leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with peers, clients, and industry leaders
- Strong decision-making ability based on data and market insights
