What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle internal and external inquiries related to moderately complex processes and transactions
- Coordinate the preparation of title documents, primarily affidavits
- Review and collect all required documentation and forms for closing
- Maintain high levels of customer service through proactive communication
- Update management on trends, issues, or problems that may impact business or clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of lien clearing and title resolution experience
- Previous curative experience with strong knowledge of title and mortgage documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
