What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with families to promote and sell youth soccer programs
- Generate leads through outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations
- Guide parents in understanding program offerings and addressing their needs
- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding established targets
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for customer acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong competitive drive and motivation to achieve goals
- Sales experience or instincts, particularly in connecting with people and generating excitement
- Comfortable with lead generation and outreach efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage both adults and children
- Bilingual in English and Spanish for effective communication with diverse families
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience selling camp spots, sports programs, or fundraising
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly with clients and customers
