      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consistently exceed all customer expectations and deliver outstanding service
      - Respond to incoming inquiries regarding orders, products, and pricing with a focus on First Call Resolution
      - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and with a sense of urgency
      - Multi-task across multiple platforms and conversations while prioritizing phone calls
      - Maintain thorough communication with internal partners and customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One or more years of related experience and/or training in an office environment
      - Self-directed in completing daily work with the ability to multi-task
      - Effective and professional communication skills with external customers and internal coworkers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Attention to detail in tasks and communications

      - Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with healthcare product offerings and industry standards
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
