What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding insurance policy changes
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Assist customers with inquiries about existing insurance policies, coverages, or benefits
- Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
- Make a measurable difference in the lives of millions through exceptional customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
