What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers to assist with insurance policy changes
- Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Address customer inquiries regarding existing insurance policies and coverages
- Work proactively to retain policyholders by providing solutions to those at risk of cancellation
- Make a measurable difference in customers' lives through effective service and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Punctuality and reliability for scheduled work shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance products
- Proven track record of achieving performance metrics in a customer service role
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and technology platforms
- Experience with customer retention strategies
- Bilingual skills are a plus
