      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide primary customer service support to assist with the interpretation of dental policies, claims processing, and compliance guidelines
      - Develop, coordinate, and conduct onboarding and training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
      - Identify and maintain processes and procedures for government programs training and support
      - Prescreen claims and inquiries for review departments
      - Collaborate with team management and specialists to identify process improvements and training needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of college, technical, vocational, or business school with coursework in dental assisting, dental hygiene, business administration, or composition
      - Two years of related work experience
      - Intermediate knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
      - Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, insurance products, and claims processing
      - Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous Medicare and/or Medicaid experience
      - Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
      - Experience in procedure writing and training content development
      - Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
