      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Customer Service Team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and equip customers with the organization's products and services
      - Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members and volunteers while overseeing daily workflow and performance management
      - Draft and implement policies and procedures to enhance the customer service experience and establish service levels for the team
      - Identify and implement improvements for customer service issues and overall operational efficiency
      - Cultivate relationships with mid-level donors, engage through various communication channels, and execute communication and solicitation plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
      - Minimum of 3+ years in a customer service position or similar role
      - At least 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common computer systems
      - Must have a vital relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and be an active participant in a local church

      - Experience in a nonprofit organization or leadership development context
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate within policy parameters
      - Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with church and business leaders
