      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high-volume book of business, driving renewals and expansion opportunities
      - Develop and execute digital customer success motions and automated outreach strategies
      - Monitor client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction while acting as a representative of the customer
      - Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and negotiate contract terms
      - Create engaging marketing materials that educate users and drive deeper product adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in customer success or customer marketing in the EdTech space
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
      - Experience in creating "one-to-many" materials or digital success motions
      - Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Hubspot) and relevant tech stack tools
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple accounts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with MakeMusic Cloud, Finale, or other music education platforms
      - Prior experience in the music SaaS industry or as a musician and/or music educator
      - Background in a "Scale" Customer Success Management role or Customer Marketing
