What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion a customer-focused culture by adopting a "Customer-Back" methodology for all commercial decisions
- Develop and manage customer service protocols, SLAs, and support ticketing systems to ensure a seamless experience
- Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction scores to identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the post-contract relationship, conducting regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead, mentor, and train the Customer Success team, fostering a culture of empathy and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Experience Design
- Proven experience in leading teams and building support frameworks from the ground up
- Strong passion for regenerative agriculture and commitment to supporting farmers and ranchers
- Highly organized, data-driven, and proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the services industry, preferably in agriculture or consumer packaged goods
- Credibility to build trust with B2B customers, including farmers and brands
- Familiarity with support systems and KPI tracking
