What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the adoption of the vacation rental platform among a diverse client base and ensure customers realize maximum value from the solutions
- Develop strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary contact for significant client issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions
- Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address new challenges
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help customers grow their businesses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager with Mid Market customers in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts (100-200 mid-market accounts) while delivering on engagement activities
- Demonstrated track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage client expectations at scale
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk
- Additional language proficiency, such as Spanish
