What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and grow a defined territory by driving renewals, expansions, and new opportunities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across all levels of the organization
- Partner with internal teams to design customer-centric strategies and contribute to a positive team culture
- Represent the employer at key industry events and customer conferences, promoting thought leadership
- Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline with measurable stages, conversion ratios, and forecast accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in SaaS or public-sector sales
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong grasp of sales metrics, including pipeline velocity and forecast accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, writing, and negotiation abilities

- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and a commitment to data accuracy
- Analytical thinker who uses data and feedback to refine sales strategy and execution
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a remote team environment
