      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee both domestic and offshore art teams, ensuring consistent service performance and quality
      - Define and execute a strategic roadmap for art operations, focusing on scalability and automation
      - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align art services with business goals and customer expectations
      - Manage offshore vendor relationships, including quality standards and performance metrics
      - Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic arts, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
      - Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator, with scripting for automation strongly preferred
      - Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
      - Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and managing distributed teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with AI applications in creative workflows
      - Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Bridge)
      - Demonstrated success in process reengineering and operational transformation
