      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, guiding them on maximizing the value of the AI-powered platform
      - Translate platform capabilities into tangible improvements for customer experience and contact center operations
      - Establish deep relationships with key stakeholders across various teams within client organizations
      - Oversee the successful adoption, governance, and ongoing optimization of the platform
      - Lead Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and measurable improvements in banking KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of professional experience working within a bank or credit union, focusing on operations or member experience
      - Deep knowledge of financial institution operational and regulatory challenges, particularly in service and support functions
      - Experience in project management or overseeing technology solution implementations within a financial institution
      - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal business units to drive large-scale projects
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

      - Familiarity with digital banking platforms or contact center software (AI, chatbots, omnichannel solutions)
