- Proactively manage your customer portfolio to maximize the value derived from the product
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new customers through interactive training and workshops
- Collect and analyze data to understand user needs and pain points
- Assist product and engineering teams with software testing and customer feedback
- Negotiate contract renewals and drive upsell opportunities for customer contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in English (GB) and Spanish (MX)
- Ability to learn quickly and dive deep into complex software
- Passion for electronics and customer success best practices
- Strong motivation to help accelerate technical progress
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team retreats and industry events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in French (R) to cater to francophone Canadian customers
- Previous experience in customer success or related fields within the B2B SaaS sector
- Familiarity with supply chain management and the electronics industry
- Ability to leverage modern tools and technologies to enhance productivity
