What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own executive-level relationships within flagship accounts, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders
- Lead complex customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption efforts across the product portfolio
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer success plans, including success metrics and executive outcomes
- Act as the primary customer advocate, ensuring priorities are addressed across internal teams
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations to ensure long-term partnership resilience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience managing strategic, high-value customer relationships, including engagement with C-level executives
- Strong background in customer success, account management, or technical account leadership
- Deep understanding of complex software products and enterprise environments
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and Gainsight (or similar platforms) to manage customer health and engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) or related investigative technology domains
- One of the following certifications or strong knowledge of network architecture: CCST, CCNA, or equivalent
- Industry-recognized certifications (CFCE, GCIHA) and/or Magnet certifications (MCFE, MCGE/MCVK, MCVE, etc.)
- Spanish fluency
