      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strategies for customer growth, adoption, and retention
      - Build strong, long-term relationships with departments by providing consistent value and proactive support
      - Review customer feedback, track feature requests, and share insights with product and engineering teams
      - Drive the resolution of escalations and ensure customers remain updated on progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a tech startup
      - Proven track record of building and nurturing strong customer relationships
      - Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
      - Must be based in Greenville, SC
