      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and nurture a portfolio of valued clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
      - Conduct onboarding calls, product training, and renewal discussions to enhance client engagement
      - Forge multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to improve client retention and satisfaction
      - Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate the ROI of the employer's services to clients
      - Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand the employer's presence within existing accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in strategic account management, program management, or sales
      - Resourceful and determined attitude with a motivation to tackle challenges
      - Strong communication skills for engaging with senior decision-makers and addressing objections
      - Excellent program management and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in using the Salesforce CRM platform is highly desirable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer success role or similar position within a SaaS environment
      - Familiarity with recruitment, background screening, or regulatory management processes
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
      - Background in data analysis or predictive analytics
      - A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
