      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and maintain customer success plans, tracking progress and measuring outcomes
      - Conduct Customer Business Reviews with high- and medium-tier accounts to translate data into business outcomes
      - Partner with Account Management to lead Account Governance Meetings, covering key performance indicators and product updates
      - Proactively identify at-risk customers and develop retention strategies
      - Create and deliver self-service content, including FAQs and best-practice tips

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
      - Hands-on experience with accounts payable processes and familiarity with the purchase-to-pay (P2P) domain
      - Demonstrated commercial skills, including achieving sales results and driving revenue growth
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Freshdesk, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
