What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead post-sales activities for mid-market customers, including onboarding, implementation, and renewals
- Collaborate with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them toward specific business outcomes
- Develop expertise in Vanta's products and compliance offerings to provide insightful technical guidance
- Foster trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders to drive retention and advocacy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and building strong relationships
- Ability to manage accounts through various means, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Health Check Ins
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and critical thinking
- Proven track record of achieving retention targets and maintaining long-term customer relationships

- Experience in the security or compliance industry
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and engage with technical customers
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making an impact in a startup setting
