      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to ensure value and ROI from Postal
      - Create strategic account plans with customers during the onboarding process
      - Provide guidance on using Postal to gain ROI from offline marketing investments
      - Identify case studies and customer stories showcasing ROI from offline marketing
      - Stay updated on trends in the offline marketing space and innovate marketing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferably with B2B SaaS companies
      - Ability to establish and nurture meaningful business relationships
      - Strong time management and prioritization skills
      - Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
      - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with performance-based compensation structure
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
