What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard and manage customers to ensure effective use of UpGuard for their goals
- Provide resources including success plans, training sessions, and regular check-in calls
- Engage customers early and frequently to drive ongoing engagement with UpGuard
- Translate customer requirements and risk management frameworks into tailored solutions
- Monitor customer health and proactively educate when they are not achieving expected value
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management
- Located within US Central or Mountain Time zones
- Highly organized with the ability to document processes and update existing documentation
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
- High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Success tools, such as ChurnZero or GainSight
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices
- Basic/working knowledge of APIs
- Ability to conduct training sessions
