      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure new customers have a seamless onboarding process and arrange training sessions on software capabilities
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact
      - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to ensure effective adoption of solutions
      - Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities
      - Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization by providing feedback to various teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Design, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS or consulting
      - Proven ability to drive customer retention through proactive account management
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
      - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the fashion or apparel industry
      - Proficient in using CRM tools and analytics platforms
      - Comfort working across global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
      - Fluency in additional languages beyond English
