What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building long-term partnerships
- Drive onboarding and implementation to enhance customer engagement with the platform
- Develop and maintain Success Plans that ensure consistent value delivery
- Advocate for customer needs and facilitate collaboration across teams for a seamless experience
- Monitor customer usage and health to drive satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a market research environment
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships
- Experience in technical environments and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and technologies
- Advanced skills in survey creation with DIY survey technology experience
