What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle questions and provide support to customers of the employer
- Onboard new customers and assess their needs to offer tailored recommendations
- Manage customer accounts with regular check-ins via email, phone, and video demos
- Track and manage account data to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to the employer's team for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for improving access to quality education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Teaching experience or prior experience in the educational system preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 5-7% for customer visits and conferences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in coding and a desire to learn more, with prior experience being a plus
